Im going as part of the international gold award to prague to hike in the winter, i have no idea what to take with me and i have no idea how to handle the coldness on the trip? its 8 days long but we r onlii hiking for 4 days, wer sleeping in tents so its over nite and at different campsites, but its my first time and im rly scared i wont hav the rite things with me and that would ruin the whole trip for me! i rly dont kno wat to take and wat type of clothes.. Also another issue is the size of my rucksack, how big does it need to be? any tips you would hav for me just list them down, thanx alot !!
