a good soup i can cook that a toddler will eat?

One that my children LOVE is CHEESEY Ham, potatoe and Corn cream soup, ( Chowder). It s very, very easy!
PREP TIME: About 20 minutes start to finish!
Ingredients:
2-3 potatoes cut into small chunks
1 can cream style corn
1/2 cup chopped ham ( or buy the ham lunch meat and chop small)
2 cups milk ( 2% or whole, your choice)
2 " hands" of chopped velveeta cheese).( about 1/2 to 1 cup)

Directions:

Boil the potates in just enough water to cover till fork tender.
Drain water from potatoes. Place potatoes back in pan, now add your milk, chopped ham and cream corn.Bring all ingredients up in heat till warm, but D0 NOT SCORCH MILK. Now add your cheese, stirring constantly till cheese is melted smoothly into the soup mixture. (Make sure your heat is on medium and you stir constantly, reduce heat if mixture starts to boil. (You do not want it to boil and scorch the milk!).Add salt and pepper to taste. Soup should be creamy with just bits of small chunks of potatoes and the cream corn.
SERVE! ( Kids love the potatoe and cheesy flavor.)

My daughter actually created numerous recipes that she and her siblings love and that are healthy as well!
Note: Velveeta is best with this recipe because it melts smoothly!

Serve with crackers and a fruit cup for a really healthy lunch or supper!

THis recipe is from my 14 year old daughter who makes it often for herself and her siblings ( aged 11, 8, 6, and 4.) THEY LOVE IT!
