A good restaurant name...?

OK, suppose I did manage to open a Cajun food restaurant in the UK...
Do you think that a name like the "Cajun Yank" would go over well, or do you have a better idea?
(I thought it would be kind of light and inviting- my typical sense of humor... If it is dumb, be honest!)
 
Sorry - but when I read this - it made me think of Cockney rhyming slang... ...as in a ham-shank (w&nk) or is it just my dirty mind ? lol !
