A good (no kidding really good) 20 year offshore cook needs steady work HELP?

Well folks I been doing this for over 20 yrs currently my company has slowed down on job opportunities. I would really love to find something steady and reliable. I thought of trying Long Line tugs up and down the Mississippi river but right now I will take any help i can get. Thanks
