I want to experiment with something unusual and have artists respond to news stories on my website. Wether it's Shakespeare's birthday or oil spilling into the Gulf of Mexico, I want artists to make political or social statements about current events that my crew writes about.
I looked at a couple forums and just got the feeling I would not fit in. One site seemed to have very successful artists (in a financial sense) and another forum explicitly stated that they did not want people promoting their own site. What would be a good forum to join where I could get a half dozen people who like to do simple caricatures or similar as a hobby and would like to compete for around $30.00 per week in prizes just for fun?
