A good car stereo system i can get (i.e. subs amp speakers and deck?) ?

I can't spend a fortune....is a budget of $400 unreasonable????

which aspect is the MOST important so that the sound is LOUD and bumpin!!!!!

I like loud but i like really clear vocals. so i go with Kenwood deck and JL Audio for everything else...
But just the deck is 400....
So if you are going for cheap then go with a Walmart pioneer deck with Sony explode subs and speakers.
 
Id go with a DD 500 10" with DD500 amp I had one in my and just hooked it up on rear speakers pushed 122dbz... so all in the it was hear a block b4 u could see it
