...fencing and shed.? Is there any way of claiming from this person who owns the shed that was burnt down.
Not only was my shed damaged along with my fencing but the large amounts of black acrid smoke has caused everything I had in my shed like a couple of tents,fishing gear etc to smell really strong of smoke with no way of getting the smell out.
If i want to claim compensation can I get it from them or will I have to claim on my own house insurance policy?
