Months months ago, I got an online game for my computer called Free Jack. Well even to this day, the downloader can't be removed. I've tried right clicking it and delete, sending it to Recycle Bin, and even clicking it's properties, but every time I do that it says...
"Cannot delete FreeJack_v20405: It is being used by another person or program.
Close any programs that might be using the file and try again."
Like I do not know why the heck it says that, I don't know what's running in the background that might be using it.
Here is a picture of my Windows Task Manager, that would be where I think whatever program would be. BY THE WAY: I took that picture only having Google Chrome, My Documents, and Windows Task Manager open. I seriously don't know what the hell those other things are.

Like half an hour ago I scanned my computer with Microsoft Security Essentials (I think that's what it's called?) and when it was scanning that file, it stayed scanning it for like 10 minutes.
So how to I get rid of this?
