...that he used to be in porno movies? she is scared that he may be HIV positive. Of coarse he says he has a cleanh bill of health.
Is there a way to find out if he does have it?I He is a millionaire. If he does have it ,could she sue him for exposing her to this disease?
 
She needs to get to a doctor and get tested herself. There is no way to force him to get tested. Not that this makes matters much better porno actors are required by law to get regular STD screenings. If he doesn't know he's infected there isn't a case against him.
 
it wouldnt show up right away.and yes that is a federal case.if he knew he had it and did it anyways then yes and he could get attempted murder
 
She should see a gyno right away and discuss her options for testing and other things. In my state we have a free health care program just for reproductive health, and this may be available to her too if she doesn't have insurance.

Most of the time (believe it or not) they require porno actors to have frequent HIV tests. That doesn't mean he couldn't be HIV positive, just that he might be telling the truth...of course I wouldn't trust him. I'd haul my butt in for an exam and testing ASAP. I'd continue having regular HIV testing for the next year just to be sure. She could sue ONLY if he knew he was HIV positive when he had unprotected sex with her. Your friend isn't innocent in this though. That was a very stupid thing to do. If you know a man is a porno star, wouldn't it be smart to protect yourself?
