A friend needs a 12" sub, amp, and a box. What would you recommend?

I would of suggested a Kenwood- KFC-W3011 for the sub
Kenwood KAC-8104D Class D for the amp
and a ported box?

He wants to keep it pretty cheap and as light as possible.
