A friend gave me a 65 yamaha street bike [350 i think ] with the engine torn

apart and in box. He said it was? seized up.where do i take it to get running again! and is there another engine they can fit instead of rebuilding? rest of bike is in good shape. i can pay up to 1,500.towards restoring
