Our friend barrowed our car while hers was in the shop and got into an accident. We just found out that her linces was suspened due to the ticket that she got. We did not know that or we would not have let her use our car. so please dont harp on that. My questions are.
1. What will the insurance company do when they hear she had a suspened linences. our insurance follows the car for coverage not the driver.
2. Our car is totaled what will we possably get from then insurance company for the car.
3. we tas told there was 72 feet of slid marks about how fast do you think she was going. she told us 30 mph i know that is not the truth.
we are worried that our insurance will not cover it since shew as not lincened when she was driveing our car. we didnt know or like i said she would not drive our car.
