A flash drive that backs its self up automatically, on a Mac?

I recently bought a flash drive, with compatible software that automatically backs up the files on the jump drive to a computer.. however this software doesn't work on my Mac. I was wondering if anyone knew of a flash drive with that particular feature that will work on a Macbook Pro?
