A few (well, quite a few) questions about physical fitness/exercise/diet?

Okay going to break down the back story really quick to give you guys an idea. I am a 19 year old high school student at the moment. I joined the Army national guard at age 18 in my junior year and completed basic training that year as a national guard split op. I will be attending army AIT for 25Q (multichannel transmissions operator) on september 23. Since graduating basic I have attempted to keep myself as well in shape as I can, but juggling between school, studying, work, church, drill, and social time I don't get to go to the gym on a daily basis like I would hope to. I do push-ups, sit-ups and crunches on my own time and run whenever I know I have 2 hours or so to do my own thing.

Now the fun part, after I graduate on the 29th I will be going to Utah with my dad for a month while he works putting up cranes and while I'm there I plan to do my fair share of exercise in the mountains. And when I get back I won't have school to juggle so I can make a decent workout routine. What I plan to do is

Monday - run/push-ups/sit ups. Tuesday - weightroom upper body. Wednesday- run/push up/sit up. Thursday - weight room lower body. Friday - run/push up/sit up. saturday and sunday will be recover/rest days

What I need from you fine people who actually bothered to read this far is
1. for now (until I am living on my own) what is a good meal to eat before and after workouts ONLY. Not something IN should eat on a daily basis. Like should I try to eat a healthy salad a couple hours before running and maybe something protein packed after weightroom stuff.
2. whenever I am rocking it out in my own 1 bedroom no cable apartment (gotta love the free life) what will be a good weekly meal set up as far as breakfast/lunch/dinner and an occasional snack if you would permit that.
3. is there any sort of physical enhancer (N.O., Creatine, or basic protein shakes etc.) I can take on a non regular basis that will give me a boost in muscle growth. If I run out and dont feel like hustling to the store and buying more or just simply forget to take it.
4. Will this enhancer be able to be used for running and weight lifting, or should I use it strictly for one or the other?
5. Also as an oddball question, I have been told it isnt a good idea to take N.O to run because it might screw up your heart, any insight on that?

Thank you for anyone who might have made it this far and will attempt to answer. It is greatly appreciated. Have a blessed day.
