A few Star Wars questions that are bugging me?

When both jedis Obi Wan and Yoda died, they vanished.... yet when Qui Gon died they burned him? Why didn't he 'vanish' as well? I guess goes the same for Anakin?
Also, in Empire Strikes back, Luke is rescued from Cloud City, how did he get his X-Wing back?
 
The Qui gon answer is at the time he was not at the 'higher' level of the force. It's mentioned later (ep 3-might only be in the book) from Yoda that he has been in touch with Qui Gon and has much to teach Obiwan to achieve the higher level with the force.
 
Qui Gon isn't as "high" a master as Yoda or Obi Wan.

Why do you assume it's the SAME X-Wing? Ya think maybe there's more than one around? Besides, he flew it to Cloud City, so it was still there.... right? Why couldn't he, or someone else, have just retrieved it? The Empire's forces were run off or else Lando, Leia, etc couldn't have gotten the Millenium Falcon back.
