1) Is a spicy ranch dip bad for you? Not sure of the brand :/ But I usually eat it with a large spicy chicken salad (with medium dark greens)
2) Anyone here ever used the quick fix workouts? I got the "Carb Burning" one from the library and love it. It's really fast and I was definitely sweating after ten minutes. How many cals. do you think it burns? It is kickboxing+martial arts
3) What time of the day is best to work out? I usually need to leave for school at 8:50 am (wake up around 7:45) and go to bed at 12-1am. I realize that is a horrible sleeping schedule but I can never get to sleep or wake up early. Any tips for doing that?
