A few questions about Verizon shared minutes...?

Okay, so I have 550 anytime minutes.
Do those minutes count for Verizon users also or are they only for people outside of Verizon?

I also have unlimited minutes for Shared nights and weekends.
What does shared mean?
Is nights and weekends unlimited for people outside of Verizon? or for Verizon users only?
And what is mobile to mobile?
