A diver jumps from a 10 m high diving board at an angle?

A diver jumps from a 10 m high diving board at an angle of 30 degrees above horizontal. Two seconds later the diver reaches water. What is the initial speed of the diver ?

I know the answer is 9.6m/s, but I can't figure out how to solve for it!

If anyone could help I'd appreciate it!
