A couple questions about the end of civilization/human extinction?

1. Is human civilization as we know it most likely going to be ended by a combination of nuclear war, enviornmental disaster, machine uprising, and possibly also a pandemic?

2. If future nonhuman scientists discover the remains, what theories may they have about humans? What theories may they have about the artifacts? Would the scientists know that there was a connection?
