No idea why on earth this is still in my head months later, but a while back I was reading endless amounts of college information packets and I came across one that said that they had a fence ( I think in the picture it was orange) that everyone could paint but the only way to make sure it doesn't get painted over is to protect it 24/7. Anyone know this college/university? It drives me crazy when I can't think of things!
A College that has a fence that each club can paint and try and protect it?
