I need help answering these.
1. How would the case have turned out differently if the plaintiffs had a better expert witness (geologist) or if the EPA had been involved earlier in the case. Clearly state your opinion on on of these, and support it with 2 examples from the book.
2. Provide 3 examples of how the movie differed substantially from the book and how these impacted the trial
3. Provide a description of the portrayal of Jan Schlichtmann in the movie to Jan in the book. explain how the two differ
4. Summarize the steps of a civil lawsuit such as the woburn case. You can include a flowchart in addition to your written response.
