Please turn off whatever biased news agency you listen to, whether it be Fox News, MSNBC, CNN, ABC, or whatever, and try listening to a more unbiased news source, like NPR or the BBC. It will allow you to form your own opinions while hearing straight facts, not propaganda.
By BBC, I am talking about the BBC World Service, not the other programming. On neither NPR or BBC have I ever heard an opinion anywhere, only straight facts. This contrasts with Fox News or another TV network in that their opinions are known to their viewers.
