and a 'spooky' Halloween story? i remember this cartoon movie that i used to have on tape, it was a 'spooky' Halloween tale about a vampire and a girl. the girl was blonde i think, and i remember the intro had this cheesy opening with elvira, she said something like, "it's me, elvria, mistress of the dark" or something. i remember she said something along the lines of"the little vampire, with elvria." the story involved something about a ketchup factory and vampires. also, the girl at the beginning needed to find a costume for a Halloween party or something. idk, but it's bothering me, and i want to find out what it's called. anyone know what i'm talking about?
