I need to know how to work the problem too, So can you explain it in detail please.
 
Weight(w),mass(m),gravitational acceleration(g),acceleration(a),force(f). Now see
given, w=20N
=>mg=20 =>m=20/g
again,f=ma(newtons 2nd law)=>f=(20X0.15)/9.8
=>0.306=>0.31N
