A car travels along a circular flat road that has a radius of 0.700 km. If the speed is uniformly increased at a rate of 3000 km/h^2, determine the magnitude of the acceleration at the instant the speed of the car is 70 km/h.

I know the answer is 7.6×10^3 km/h^2 but I can't figure out how to solve for it.

If anyone could help I'd appreciate it!
