A/C Question for Acura Integra - Freon

I'm thinking about recharging my '96 Integra with freon, but would like to know the normal pressure for low and high end. How much PSI is used for low end when recharging?


Also, should I vacuum before doing so? Or can I just add the refrigerant right away. It blows decently, but I want it to be colder and know it could use a little more freon.
