a/c issue on a 2002 jeep grand Cherokee Limited?

i have a 2002 jeep grand Cherokee Limited and when i Drive i can feel cold air coming out of the vents when im at a stand Still there nothing and ideas what the issue could be bad where would the parts be loc on the car
