...should I do? A new business moved in next door and for some reason they are using the same address as me. When I spoke to the owner of this new business he pretended that he didn't speak English that well and did nothing to fix the problem. I contacted our local post master and he told me that the buildings owner would be the person I need to contact. I contacted the owner and he said he would do something about it and nothing has happened. I've had my lawyer draw up a letter and mailed it to them but they may not be able to read English. I'm not sure what language they can read.

Not only am I missing mail like bank statements, bills and checks but I'm also now getting collections agency hounding me about these guys. I fear that this will some how affect my business's credit and or reputation. Everyday now I receive calls wanting me to pay this or that and when I explain the situation I've been called a liar and they threaten to take me to court or pursue other litigation.

There is apparently no law against what this person has done. No lawyer really seems to know what to do and the other problem is I don't have the money to afford a lawyer or the time to be tied up in court over this.

A P.O. box is also out of the question due to the distance and level of complexity that would bring to the work day.

I'm not sure what to do and something needs to be done because this is causing a huge disruption to my business.
