A bought a crap car at car max?

I bought a car at carmax 2 weeks ago, and well I just noticed today that it was 2 different colors of gray on it. The first is the dealer gray and the second is a bluish gray thats covering about 25% of the passenger side. It looks like it may have had an encounter with a tree or pole. Carmax ensured us that it has NEVER had any work done on the body and it has a clean carfax report. So what I want to know is what can I do to resolve this or do I need to find an attorney to fix this sense that is considered fraud and they didn't advise us of the paint work
