Hi every one.
I have been studying the purpose of creation in Islamic educational books. I realized that the purposes are:
1-knowledge and devotion
2-Examination
3-Mercy
4-Meeting God
Now the explanations:
1-It is said in Muslims holy book that “I haven’t created human and Jinn but to worship me” (51: verse56). We can realize that worship is meant: First we should try our best to know the God and then worship him.
Now I want to say this:
God has unlimited angels worshiping him, moreover, God doesn’t need any one’s devotion. God is still God, be it with my devotion or without devotion. So how can I be created by God to worship him (as titled to be the purpose of my creation)?
2-it is said: “We certainly examine you by the things like Horror, Starvation, loss of possessions and lives and products and this is a sign for those who wait” (2: verse155).
God examines us for us. It means that we are being examined to realize ourselves better, to become stronger, to know if we are worthy or not. So the examination is not for God because God already knows anything from future to the beginning of time.
So God knows my fate and it is said that god loves humankind So:
Why does he create the ones whom he knows will go to Hell while he loves them? So why does he test us by the things he knows we will fail?
3-We should do our best to be included in God’s Merci. So Mercy has two meanings:
One is Unity under the shadow of holy book and Love of Mohammad’s relatives.
Second is Divine Guidance (that) brought to us by messenger(s).
So, as result, Mercy is OPTIONAL then:
How can the purpose of my creation be optional? It can no longer be the purpose of creation because if God wanted me to be included in Merci then Mercy should NOT be optional. Or else, I can now choose not to be created but still I am created. This is a paradox.
Even KNOWLEDGE AND DEVOTION is also optional. A purpose cannot be optional or else it is not a purpose.
4-“We are from God and we will return to him” (2: verse156)
It means we will meet God AGAIN after death. Now:
Why should I meet God again while I was right next to him before being borne? As I realized I was something like data or we can say -soul- before I was borne and I was right next to God. So, why have I transferred to this earthly realm? Have God asked me whether I wanted to be transferred to earth or not?
I came here to be Examined, to Worship, to be included in God's Mercy and finally to meet God again? This line can have no meaning from God’s point of view because God would remain God even if he didn’t create me or humankind. So here are the BIG questions:
What is the purpose of God in creating humankind? Why did he create us to suffer?
Has God asked me whether I wanted to be borne or not? If God hasn’t had asked me then he sent me to this world without my own will so:
We cannot call him pure Justice (I consider him as the greatest ruler not the pure justice) and he should not punish me because of -how I lived in this world- because I haven’t come here willingly to live a good life (I mean without sins).
What say you?
Those who are not patient enough... Please just read the final paragraph. Thanx
Yes Muslims. i am so sorry.
