a bit worried

Hi. Im a 23 year old male. I'm in fairly good shape and don't drink much. I do smoke a lot, a few joints a day and maybe half a pack of smokes or less. Lately, after heavy smoking I've been getting this throbbing warm/numb sensation in my arms, mostly lower arm and hands. Skin feels itchy and sore to the touch. Could also describe it as stiffness. Sort of like the feeling after lifting weights. It gets worse if I lay down and lay on either arm. I also often get a tight chest feeling when I smoke.

I already realise I need to stop smoking so damn much but I'm wondering if the numbness could be caused by blod clots. Would smoking cause blod to clot immediately cos it happens consistently after I smoke and lasts about an hour after.

I should also mention I've had the chest tightness and palpitations for a while but the arm thing is new.
 
blood clots ? Wondering if you take an asprin a day for prevention of ?

Just a thought ...anxiety can cause tight chest feeling, then again if its when you smoke , could be restricting blood vessels as a possibility.
