A bicycle tire has 20 spokes. A card is placed between the spokes and when the tire spins the card 'clicks'. The card will then click 20 clicks per revolution. A bicycle rider on the bike hears 200 clicks and the circumference the of the tire is 300 cm. How far did the bike travel in cm?
 
The tire has rotated ten times (10 X 20). Each time the tire rotated, the bike moved 300 cm. So the bike has traveled 10 X 300 cm. = 3,000 cm.
