Is this question possible? I am currently doing a vectors in Calculus and the only way to seemingly solve this problem would be to use dot product.
Working out as much as I can leaves me with..
12+2p = -.5 |b|
I guess I should've posted that I was stuck there. I attempted to sub in square root (1^2 + p^2 + 2^2) and solve but did not get a correct answer.
