99 Toyota Camry wouldn't start?

I have a 99 Toyota Camry. It is an original Toyota battery. When I tried to drive it to work this morning, it wouldn’t start. I heard click sound. The indicator lights were on. I measured the battery voltage after work. It is 12.1. What could be wrong? Please help me.

make sure the battery terminals are clean and have good metal to metal contact and that the terminals are tight. if it still does it then it may be that the starter has failed. i hope its just dirty terminals, good luck.
