99 mustang v6 power steering whine reply?

i have a 99 ford mustang v6 and am now on my third power steering pump and all three shared the same whine as my original one, now i cant have 3 in a row bad power steering pumps can i? i have listened to it run and place it at the pump but it cant be 3 re manufactured pumps bad, can it? i need help the whine isn't all that bad when i'm not turning but its pretty embarrassing when it shrieks when i turn it. help!
EXTRA INFO:
i have a lifetime warranty on the pump, and the store i got it from cant sell new pumps.
its not the pulleys because i have checked and rechecked every pulley on the dang car.
and i didn't replace the water pump. its still original.
i have pinpointed the sound and i'm 99.9% sure its the power steering pump. i have been told it could be my rack and pinion but i dont see how that could ruin the pump. plus its immediate whining noise as soon as i start it. plus i just flushed it today before replacing the pump.

any other ideas?
 
well it could be ur rack and pinion becuz it works off the pump.but it has got to be the pump.just let it run for a while to give it time to break in.if it still does it then i wouldnt know what could keep it causing to sqeek.since i aint there to see for myself,having to picture it in my head.spray some wd40 on the pump where there belt drives it and see what happens.
