99 Lexus ES300 Squeaks at Idle, Coasting?

I just bought the car; it looks like one person leased it for 60,000 miles, then the next person had it until 115k miles. The Lexus dealer says the timing belt has not been changed. My mechanic did a routine car check, and says everything is OK. However, the car randomly squeaks, like there's mice under the hood. I hear it the loudest from the front passenger tire. The noise appears at random. It seems to go away when I accelerate, but it gets louder when coasting, or idle. When I took it on the highway once, it seemed like turning on the A/C made the noise worse. I can hear the squeak quite loudly, usually in the morning, when I drive about 10 blocks, and leave the car idling in Park while I pick up my mail. Any idea what's wrong?
