99 jeep wrangler shaking when taking off from stop in 1st gear?

I have a 99 wrangler 4 wheel drive, when starting from a stop in 1st gear I feel a shaking coming from under drivers side it seems to do it more if I let off the clutch at a higher RPM than a lower RPM it only happens in first gear and from take off, any ideas on what it could be or what to check?

could be a ujoint in the front driveshaft(on that vehicle it spins all the time) could be something with the gears in the transmission maybe the clutch

Does it have a lift kit installed?
Sounds like a drive line induced shudder.
The Wrangler has a very short drive train and small deviations from worn mounts, wrong drive line angles can cause this.
