I have a 99 honda civic that was running fine yesterday then this morning I went to start it and it won't start it won't even turn over. Radio works lights work everything works but it won't turn over it won't even attempt to turn over mind you its freezing cold any ideas where to start looking?
Just to be sure I did hook jumpers up to it and still no good on the start. So I don't think its the battery it has started on colder days then this.
