Bring the KBB value print out with you...
Show him that it is in good condition, and what the KBB value is on it.
Tell him "I know you've put a lot of money into this car, and you've really taken care of it. This is what it is worth in the market, and I know all of the extras cost you a lot. I know this economy sucks, nobody has any money, and it's so hard to sell right now. THIS IS HOW MUCH I HAVE" Don't tell him how much you have, and how much you really would like to pay for it, figure out a fair price, and say, "I've put together all my money, and this is how much I have. I don't want to offend you, and if you would like to think about it, and then call me, that's fine. I've got cash, and this is what I've got" Let him sit on a real offer, he'll call you.
