hi, i have a '99 dodge neon and it is not getting fuel. i have no fuel at the rail. i replaced the pump and can hear it run, replaced the pickup screen, and the filter/regulator. i also blew out the line with my compressor but stiil nothing to the rail. i checked the fuses and they all look good so i'm stumped. any ideas would be worth their weight in gold, lol.
