99 Dodge Neon,coolant everywhere.?

I was sitting at the drive-thru at the bank yesterday and noticed there was smoke/steam coming from under my hood. I reversed back and drove back to my house,popped the hood and saw coolant/antifreeze everywhere(wasn't a lot)but it had somehow sprayed everywhere. What does this mean? Depending on how this happened,how much would it cost me to get it fixed? Is there a quick fix if it's a radiator leak? Is it safe to drive until I get this resolved?

Sounds to me like the hose busted. Like a little crack in the hose opened and sparayed all over. Check the black rubber hose coming off the radiator for any goles. If thats the problem it will only be about 10-20 dollars to replace it.
