It is an electrical wiring problem.
Most likely you have some sort of short and it is overpowering the fuse and needs professional attention.
It is one thing if you can replace a fuse but a whole different story if your car needs to be rewired.
 
...a few days.? How and what can I check to fix the problem. the Fuse controles my turn signal, driver chair, power locks, heater fan, and turns on 2 lights on the dash. Someone please help. This is driving me crazy. I have no money for a pro to do anything. I can fix most anything once told/shown how.
