99 dodge dakota windsheildwasher tank prop?

yes i have a 99 dodgae dakota and i have a leak in the windsheild washer tank or some were in the hoses. but i dont know how to get to the tubes or take out the tank, and also it wount leak when i dont use it but when i use it it will leak so i dont kno if that would be in the hose or tank, so if some one could tell me how or give me a website that would be awesome thank you.
 
guy, open your hood and look. that's the best way to learn, this is simple. if it only leaks when you use it, then its a hose leaving the reservoir connecting to the tips. at most, you will need a phillips head and a 1/4 wrench. figure it out!

don't mean to be mean, but you honestly don't need a manual or any advice for something like this.
