...the button. Any reason why?
I should have mentioned that whether it's the driver button or the rear button it see doesn't roll down even with the child lock deactivated.
 
any number of reasons...
bad switch, bad motor, bad regulator, bad wiring, bad electrical connection, bad ground connection...
time to take the inside door panel off and look around.

If the window won't go down from its door switch or from the driver's door switch, then it's not a problem with the switch.
But check the lock-out button on the driver's door switch panel.
 
Does it roll down when the button in the back is depressed? If not, something with the motor or wiring. Could also be the Limit stops are misadjusted too. Causing the control to 'Think' it is down.

If the window does go down with the back controller, then there is something wrong with the Drivers (Master) controller.
 
Could be a few things, one of the most common is dirty contacts on the button, another is the child safety lock is activated. It keeps kids from playing with the windows and getting hurt.
