...this morning no heat. ?
I'm in Memphis, Tenn. temp 15 degree and the engine is getting hot, fluid is good, ran the car for about 30mintues this morning

Not sure how cold it is where you live but in central PA it was 5 degrees. Took a while for the car to start blowing hot air. I know any GM car in that era with automatic climate control wait until the coolant temperature heats up before blowing heat.

first thing to check is how is the engine temperature? Is the needle in the normal range or did the engine stay cool? Your most likely problem is a bad thermostat. The thermostat is stuck open and doesn't allow the engine to warm up. I just had to replace my thermostat in my 2000 Intrigue.

Thermostats are relatively cheap. If that does not fix the problem then you are looking at a possible blocked heating core.
