9800 vs. 8300 HELP!!!!!!

i want the 9800 cuz of the keyboard and the internal mem. (128 mb), but it is big! and the 8300 looks kool but doesnt have a keyboard and i really like good batt. life, and the 9800 doesnt have good batt. life,and is big.Both have 3D gaming rite.
