i have a 98 honda prelude, my sun roof works perfectly but both my windows dont. I already checked the fuses and relays and they're all fine. what else could it be? I doubt its the window motor because they both went out at the same time and they dont even make a sound when i try to put them down. (i dont have the window lock on) help.

I'd check all the different features or devices in that vehicle bec it could be a fuse that isn't even labelled to have anything to do with the electric windows. Also many times just checking a fuse visually isn't enough you should take a12 volt test probe clamp its ground to the battery's negative post and then with the key in the run position check both sides of each fuse and don't forget the fuses under the hood.Best way to try a relay is to try another relay with the same part number that you know is working bec the device it controls is working or try another brand new relay in it's place.

Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way a bad ground going to the windows could be faulty or a ground going to the fuse box or relay could be faulty but it sounds like either a relay or fuse issue but also the main wire or circuit that feeds the fuse or relay could be faulty too.
