I have a 98 honda civic ex and I'm having some problems with my taillights. When I turn on my headlights my taillights do not light up. I think its because they are not grounded well, but I do not know where they ground and I'm not sure that is the problem. The other problem I'm having is when I hit brakes both of my turn signal lights come on the dash. They do not blink they both are just on until I release the brake any ideas?
