98 honda accord brake lights wont turn off?

i have a 98 honda accord, it initially couldn't open from the outside due to a faulty handle but someone decided that it was necessary to put the child lock on also now it doesn't open either way i am a female who doesn't know much about cars other than how to drive them can someone please tell me how to fix this problem
 
So your question says the brake lights won't turn off, but then you go ahead and explain to us how the doors don't work instead...What are you asking? How to open a car door or how to take your foot off of the brake?
