98 cadillac deville, cooling fans never turn on even at 230 degrees?

I have a 98 Cadillac Deville i bought the car and check engine light was on checked it and it has something to do with cooling fan relay. I replaced all three relays and still not coming on, i just ran a wire from fan to fuse block so it runs whenever i turn on car, i really want to fix it correctly so if anyone knows northstars please help. they are harder to work on then my wifes saab!!
 
If the relay is good and fan motor is good, outside of a bad connection theres only one thing left and that would be the sensor sending unit just off the thermostat. I never had one go bad though.....

I would recommend having the fan clutch checked out, possibly even the thermostat and would definitely check the wiring harnesses for loose or dirty connections. As far as anything else, not too sure, normally that fixes any fan problems I have
